The EP10TIN from Dormer is a machine tap which produces metric fine threads from M8 to M20 in a variety of materials including steels, aluminium and stainless steels. It is manufactured to conform to the German Institute for Standardization and made from powder metal high speed cobalt to give you superior performance and extended tool life. The titanium nitride coating increases performance even further when threading harder materials. Finally, the spiral point design makes the EP10TIN very efficient for threading holes which go all the way through the workpiece.
